Rearranged store

Finally I have been my own section of the store. My dad let me rearrange things and devote an entire section of the store to just beer.  I had a shelf built for me and we moved another cooler closer to the other coolers in the store. So now when shopping for beer, you just have to look in one section. This also gives me the freedom to keep on adding beers to the store. Which I have been doing. Here are some pics of my newly rearrnaged section.

 Saison/Farmhouse

Saisons are sturdy farmhouse ale that was traditionally brewed in the winter, to be consumed throughout the summer months. Not so long ago it was close to being an endangered style, but over recent years there's been a massive revival; especially in the US.

This is a very complex style, many are very fruit in the aroma and flavor. Look for earthy yeast tones, mild to moderate tartness. Lot of spice and with a medium bitterness. They tend to be semi-dry with many only having touch of sweetness.

Some of the examples we have inthe store: Saison Dupont, Ommegang Hennepin, Surly Cynicale, Foret, Fantome Saison.
