Ingredients:
1/2 Oz Light Rum
3/4 Oz Lime Juice
1/4 Oz Sugar Syrup

Preparation:
Pour The Light Rum, Lime Juice And Sugar Syrup Into A Shaker With Ice Cubes.
Shake Well.
Strain Into A Chilled Cocktail Glass.

Death By Chocolate

Ingredients:
2 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
Oz Chocolate Syrup
1 Oz Coffee Liqueur
1 Oz Dark Crème De Cacao
1 Oz Vodka
Whipped Cream For Topping
Maraschino Cherry For Garnish

Preparation:
Pour All The Ingredients Into A Blender.
Blend Until Smooth.
Pour Into A Stemmed Glass Such As A Hurricane Glass.
Top With Whipped Cream.
Garnish With The Maraschino Cherry.

Dark & Stormy

Ingredients:
2 Oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
3 Oz Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge For Garnish

Preparation:
Build The Ingredients In A Highball Glass Filled With Ice Cubes.
Garnish With The Lime Wedge.

Dirty Martini

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Oz Gin
1/2 Oz Dry Vermouth
Olive Brine To Taste (Go Easy)
Olive For Garnish

Preparation:
Pour The Gin And Dry Vermouth Into A Mixing Glass.
Slowly Add The Olive Brine.
Stir.
Strain Into A Chilled Cocktail Glass.
Garnish With The Olive.
