Ingredients:
2 Oz Light Rum
1/2 Oz Amaretto
1 Oz Lime Juice
1 Oz Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Superfine Sugar

Preparation:
Pour The Ingredients Into A Shaker With Ice Cubes.
Shake Well.
Strain Into A Chilled Cocktail Glass.

Imperial

Ingredients:
1 Oz Dry Vermouth
1 Oz Gin
1 Tsp Maraschino Liqueur
Lemon Twist For Garnish

Preparation:
Pour The Ingredients Into A Mixing Glass With Ice Cubes.
Stir Well.
Strain Into A Chilled Cocktail Glass.
Garnish With The Lemon Twist.

Imperial Fizz

Ingredients:
2 Oz Blended Whiskey
1 Oz Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Superfine Sugar
4 Oz Club Soda

Preparation:
Pour The Blended Whiskey, Lemon Juice And Sugar Into A Cocktail Shaker With Ice.
Shake Well.
Strain Into A Highball Glass Filled With Ice.
Top With The Club Soda.
Stir.

In And Out Martini

Ingredients:
1 Splash Of Dry Vermouth
4 Shots Of Gin

Preparation:
Pack A Cocktail Glass With Ice.
Add A Splash Of Dry Vermouth.
While The Glass Is Chilling, Pour The Gin In A Mixing Glass With Ice.
Throw Away The Ice And Vermouth.
Then Strain The Gin Into The Cocktail Glass.

Income Tax Cocktail

Ingredients:

1/4 Oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 Oz Dry Vermouth
1 Oz Orange Juice
Angostura Bitters To Taste
Orange Twist For Garnish

Ingredients:
3/4 Pint Lager (Guinness)
1/2 Shot Irish Cream Liqueur
1/2 Shot Irish Whiskey

Preparation:
Pour The Irish Cream Liqueur Into A Shot Glass.
Pour The Irish Whiskey On Top.
Pour The Guinness Into A Pint Glass Or Beer Mug 3/4 Of The Way Full And Let Settle.

1 Tsp Brown Sugar
1 Oz Whipping Cream
