Pacific Sunshine

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Tequila
    1 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
    1 1/2 oz. Sour Mix
    Dash of Bitters

Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled parfait glass with a salted rim. Garnish with a lemon wheel.


Padas Battery

Ingredients:
    2 oz. Smirnoff Lemon Twist Vodka
    2 oz. Limonello
    20 oz. Red Bull Energy Drink

Instructions:
    Mix with ice in a small pitcher and serve in lowball glasses.

Pain Killer #1

Ingredients:
    3 oz. Pusser's Rum
    3 oz. Coconut Cream
    4 oz. Pineapple Juice
    Splash of Orange Juice

Instructions:
    Fill a 12 oz. glass with ice. Pour Pusser's rum and coconut cream (Coco Lopez is good). Add some pineapple juice and a good         splash of orange juice. Shake well. Garnish with a cherry and sprinkle with nutmeg.


Pall Mall


Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Gin
    1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
    1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
    1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao

Instructions:
    Stir in an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.


Palm Beach

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Gin
    1 1/2 tsp. Sweet Vermouth
    1 1/2 tsp. Grapefruit Juice

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Palm Breeze


Ingredients:
    1 oz. Vodka
    1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
    Orange Juice
    Blue Hawaiian Punch

Instructions:
    Build in a highball glass and fill with equal amounts of orange juice and Blue Hawaiian Punch.


Palmetto

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
    1 1/2 oz. White Rum
    2 dashes of Bitters

Instructions:
    Stir with ice, strain into a glass, and serve.


Paloma


Ingredients:
    2 oz. Tequila Casa Noble Reposado
    1/2 oz. Lime Juice
    Grapefruit Juice (Fresh)
    Splash of Tonic Water

Instructions:
    Combine in a glass.


Pamela


Ingredients:
    2 oz. Vodka
    Tonic Water

Instructions:
    Simply make a standard vodka and tonic and garnish liberally with sliced cucumbers.


Panama


Ingredients:
    1 oz. White Crème de Cacao
    1 oz. Light Cream
    1 oz. Brandy

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Panty Remover


Ingredients:
    2 oz. Dry Gin
    1 oz. Vodka
    Fresca
    Dash of Lemon Juice

Instructions:
    Pour dry gin and vodka in a glass. Add the Fresca (whatever amount desired) and then a dash of lemon juice.


Papa Muminek


Ingredients:
    1 oz. Canadian Whisky
    1 oz. Advocaat
    1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao
    1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Not Kahlua)
    1/2 oz. Crème de Banane
    3 oz. Milk
    1/2 oz. Apple Juice

Instructions:
    Shake ingredients with cracked ice and pour into a fancy glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry


Papaya Sling


Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Gin
    Juice of 1 Lime
    1 tbsp. Papaya Syrup
    Dash of Bitters
    Carbonated Water

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water and pineapple stick) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Garnish with a pineapple stick and serve.


Paradise


Ingredients:
    1 oz. Apricot Brandy
    1/4 oz. Gin
    1/4 Orange

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Paradise Quencher


Ingredients:
    1 oz. Dark Rum
    2 oz. Pineapple Juice
    2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
    1 oz. Orange Juice
    1 oz. Cranberry Juice
    1/4 oz. Apricot Liqueur
 

Instructions:
    Shake well with crushed ice. Pour into large glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fruit flag.


Parisian

Ingredients:
    1 oz. Dry Vermouth
    1 oz. Gin
    1/4 oz. Crème de Cassis
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass


Parisian Martini

Ingredients:
    3 oz. Gin
    1 oz. Dry Vermouth
    1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
 

Instructions:
    Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled glass.


Park Avenue


Ingredients:
    3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
    1 1/2 oz. Gin
    1 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
 

Instructions:
    Stir with ice, strain into a glass, and serve.


Parrot Bay and Splash

Ingredients:
    2 oz. Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
    8 oz. V 8 Juice (Preferably Tropical V8 Splash)
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and pour over ice into a highball glass.

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
    1 tbsp. Gin
    1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
 

Instructions:
    Build in a highball glass

Passionate Screw

Ingredients:
    4 oz. Vodka
    4 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
    5 oz. Orange Juice
    2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.
    

Peach Daiquiri


Ingredients:
    1 oz. Dark Rum
    1/4 oz. Triple Sec
    Juice of 1/2 Lime
    1 tsp. Sugar
    1 Peach (Peeled and pitted)
 

Instructions:
    Blend with 1 cup of ice until smooth and pour into a wine goblet.


Peach Fuzz


Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
    1 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a lowball glass.


Peach Punch

Ingredients:
    1/3 oz. Spiced Rum
    1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
    2 oz. Pina Colada Mix
    4 oz. Orange Juice
 

Instructions:
    Blend with a cup of ice until frozen. Garnish with a fresh peach.


Peachy Amaretto

Ingredients:
    1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
    1 cup of Peaches
    1 cup of Amaretto
 

Instructions:
    Frappe in a parfait glass.


Peanut Butter and Jelly

Ingredients:
    2 oz. Frangelico
    2 oz. Pineapple Juice (Or to taste)
 

Instructions:
    Mix with crushed ice in an old-fashioned (or any small) glass (served at Murphy's Law - Chesterfield, Va).


Pearl Diver

Ingredients:
    1/3 oz. Midori
    1/3 oz. Malibu Rum
    1/3 oz. Pineapple Juice
    1/3 oz. Milk
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice, strain and serve in a glass.


Pearl Harbor

Ingredients:
    1 oz. Vodka
    1 oz. Midori
    1 oz. Orange Juice
 

Instructions:
    Stir in a highball glass.


Peep Show


Ingredients:
    1/3 oz. Dubonnet
    1/3 oz. Brandy
    1/3 oz. Pernod
    Juice of 1/2 Lime
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Peppermint Pattie

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. White Crème de Menthe
    1 1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a lowball glass.


Peppermint Twist


Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
    1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao
    3 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
 

Instructions:
    Blend and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a peppermint candy stick.


Perfect Martini

Ingredients:
    2/3 oz. Dry Gin
    1/6 oz. French Vermouth
    1/6 oz. Italian Vermouth
 

Instructions:
    Stir in a collins glass and garnish with an olive.


Peter Pan


Ingredients:
    3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
    3/4 oz. Gin
    3/4 oz. Orange Juice
    2 dashes of Bitters
 

Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Pina Colada

Ingredients:
    3 oz. White Rum
    3 tbsp. Coconut Milk
    3 tbsp. Pineapple (Crushed)
 

Instructions:

    Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into a         collins glass and serve with a straw.


Pineapple Upside Down Cake


Ingredients:
    1/2 oz. Irish Cream
    1/2 oz. Vodka
    1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
    1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
 

Instructions:
    Stir and strain into a shot glass.


Ping-Pong

Ingredients:
    2 oz. Sloe Gin
    Juice of 1/4 Lemon
    1 Egg White
 
Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Pink Drink

Ingredients:
    2 oz. Vodka
    2 oz. 7-Up
    Splash of Cranberry Juice
 

Instructions:
    Serve over ice in a chilled glass.


Pink Elephant

Ingredients:
    3/4 oz. Vodka
    3/4 oz. Galliano
    3/4 oz. Crème de Noyeaux (Or you can use Almond liqueur)
    3/4 oz. Orange Juice
    3/4 oz. Cream (Preferably fresh!)
    Dash of Grenadine
 

Instructions:
    Stir in mixing glass half filled with cracked ice and strain into 5 oz. champagne glass. Garnish with cinnamon.


Pink Flaming

Ingredients:
    1 oz. Gin
    4 oz. Guava Juice
    2 oz. Heavy Cream
 

Instructions:
    Mix ingredients with 1/2 cup of ice in a blender on high for 10 secs. Serve in a tall, thin, frosted glass with a mint garnish and a pink     stirrer.


Pink Lemonade

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Citrus Vodka
    1/2 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
    2 oz. Sour Mix
 
Instructions:
    Shake with ice and pour over ice in rocks glass.


Pink Torpedo

Ingredients:
    2 oz. Vodka
    6 oz. Schweppes (Raspberry Ginger Ale)
 

Instructions:
    Combine over ice and stir.


Pirate's Float

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
    1 1/2 oz. Root Beer Schnapps
    Cola (To taste)
 

Instructions:
    Mix all ingredients in glass with ice. Serve on the rocks


Polar bear


Ingredients:
    1 oz. Vodka
    1 oz. Lime Juice
    2 oz. Sprite
 

Instructions:
    Mix together with ice in glass.


Princeton

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Gin

    1 oz. Lime Juice


Instructions:
    Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Pucker-7


Ingredients:
    1 1/2 oz. Apple Schnapps (Or any other kind of schnapps)
    7-Up
 
Instructions:
    Mix in a tall glass over ice.

Puerto Rico Breeze

Ingredients:
    1 oz. Rum
    1 oz. Crème d'Almond
    Fill with Pineapple Juice
 

Instructions:
    Fill a hurricane glass with ice and add the Ingredients (you can also blend the Ingredients with ice until slushy). Garnish with a             pineapple wedge and a cherry.


Pure Guava Martini

Ingredients:
    8 oz. Vodka
    4 oz. Guava Juice
    2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
    Juice of 1/4 Lemon
 

Instructions:
    Blend with several ice cubes until completely smooth. Serve in a well-chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries and     sprigs of mint.


Purple Haze

Ingredients:
    1 oz. Vodka
    1 oz. Blue Curacao
    Cranberry Juice
 

Instructions:
    Pour into a highball glass and fill with cranberry juice.


Purple Rain

Ingredients:
    1 oz. Vodka
    1 oz. Blue Curacao
    Dash of Grenadine
    7-Up
 

Instructions:
    Combine the vodka, blue Curacao and grenadine in a glass. Top with the 7-up, stir, and then serve over ice.


Pusser's Pain Killer

Ingredients:
    4 oz. Pusser's Rum
    4 oz. Pineapple Juice
    1 oz. Coconut Milk
    1 oz. Orange Juice

    Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
