New Products

The Princeton’s staff is proud to offer a wide selection of products at an affordable price. From a rare bottle of single malt Scotch, to a trendy new pre mixed cocktail, you can find what you’re looking for at Princeton’s Liquors.

Here is a look at some of the new products we offer including domestic and imported wines, liquors, and beer.

Weyerbacher Blithering Idiot

Our barleywine is made in the British tradition of balanced hearty ales. Blithering Idiot is a deep-copper ale with intense malty notes of dates and figs on the palate that follows a pleasurably malty aroma to your taste buds.

Deschutes Hop in the Dark

Can an IPA be black?  Semantics aside, this noir version adds deep roasted malts to alter the hue and slightly smooth the edges.  What emerges is something deeper, less orthodox, and all its own.

“We’ve brewed 22 batches of this beer at both our Bend and Portland pubs, experimenting on our customers as we perfected the recipe,” said Brewmaster Larry Sidor. “This beer has subtle coffee undertones born from a blend of oats with dark, Munich and crystal malts. Classic IPA flavors and aromas are due to courageous additions of Cascade, Citra and Centennial hops.”

Take the plunge – a hop, if you will – into this new Cascadian Dark Ale. Many may never even try to swim for shore.

Surly Bitter Brewer

First one in, last one out, sweltering in the summer, freezing in the winter. Years of toiling and boiling have turned our brewer Todd into a cynical, surly, bitter brewer...You too can get bitter without all the fuss. Simply crack open a can and fill a glass with our latest - Bitter Brewer. Pale orange in color, this ale gets intense toast and marmalade character from British malt and American hops. Dry-hopping brings the floral citrus aromas. So go ahead, get bitter!

Kraken Black Spiced Rum

The Kraken's Black Spiced Rum is the newest offering from Proximo Spirits and weighs in at a legendary 94 proof. The Kraken's is imported black rum from the Caribbean and blended with over 11 secret spices. The rum takes its name from the mythical sea beast which is said to have wreaked havoc with tall ships and rum running vessels throughout history.

Rum Chata

Rum Chata is real Horchata blended with the finest five-time distilled Caribbean Rum. Horchata is a popular Hispanic beverage made with dairy cream, rice, vanilla and cinnamon. Served on the rocks, Rum Chata is the perfect after dinner drink.

Rogue Pink Spruce Gin

Ocean aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels resulting in a slightly fruity, mellow and definitely Pink Gin that could only come from Oregon!

Coppola Pavillion

Pavilion is the white blend counterpart to Claret. The Chardonnay for this wine hails from the Santa Lucia highlands where the cool climate makes for a very slow, even ripening process, leading to extremely concentrated fruit. Barrel fermentation in French oak lends richness and a full-bodied quality while a touch of Viognier from Russian River Valley is added for character and intriguing aromatics.

The Guardian Cabernet 2007

The 2007 Guardian Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 60% Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Russian River Valley Merlot. Each lot was aged individually in French oak for 9 months before being blended and bottled 2 months late. 1080 cases were produced for the 2007 vintage.
